Day 1:
ā€œTimeless Tashkentā€ – Where Ancient Spirit Meets Modern Soul

Welcome to Tashkent, the vibrant capital where history greets you around every corner! Upon arrival, you'll meet your guide and fellow travelers for a warm welcome before diving straight into a cultural deep-dive of this lively city. We kick things off with a scenic ride on the Tashkent Metro, one of the most beautiful underground systems in the world—each station a unique artistic gem. We'll then visit the Monument of Courage, commemorating the 1966 earthquake that reshaped the city with resilience. Marvel at the ancient Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, the regal Barak Khan Madrassah, and the sacred Muy-Mubarak Mosque—home to one of the oldest Qurans in existence. We'll wrap up with a wander through Charsu Bazaar, where the aroma of spices and fresh bread fills the air and the heart.

Rise and shine for a scenic ride back in time! After an early breakfast, we board the sleek Afrasiyab high-speed train to the fabled city of Samarkand, we dive into the heart of history with a full-day city tour. Feel the pulse of centuries at Registan Square, where three majestic madrassahs echo with scholarly greatness. Marvel at the grandeur of the Bibi Khanum Mosque, a tribute to beauty and power, and step into the past at Guri Amir Mausoleum, the final resting place of Amir Temur himself. At the Afrasiyab Museum, uncover the layers of Samarkand’s ancient soul. Evening calls for a hearty dinner and some well-deserved rest under Samarkand’s starlit skies.

Day 3:
ā€œCelestial Blueā€ – Where Astronomy Meets Artistry

Today’s journey dives deeper into Samarkand’s mystique. After breakfast, we explore the Shakh-i-Zinda complex—an alley of brilliantly tiled mausoleums that feel like walking through a kaleidoscope of devotion. Next, gaze to the stars at the Ulugbek Observatory, where science met the skies in the 15th century. Then it’s off to the peaceful Konigil Village, where we’ll witness the ancient art of making paper from mulberry bark—a tradition passed down with love.

Day 4:
ā€œPalace & Pilgrimsā€ – Whispers of the Sufi and the Sultan

We bid farewell to Samarkand and board the high-speed train to Bukhara. On arrival, we step into an open-air museum—Bukhara, city of poets and mystics. Our visit begins at the Samanid Mausoleum and Chashma Ayub, a site of healing waters. Then it’s on to the stunning Sitorai Mohi Hosa—the elegant summer palace of the last Emir, a dreamy blend of East and West.

Day 5:
ā€œBazaar Talesā€ – Minarets, Madrassahs & Memories

Strolling through Bukhara’s ancient heartbeat. Our walking tour includes the graceful Bolo Hauz Mosque, the ancient fortress Ark Citadel, and the towering Kalon Minaret—once so awe-inspiring, even Genghis Khan spared it! We continue to Miri-Arab Madrassah, then shop, sip, and soak in the ambiance of Lyabi Hauz and Coumpol Bazaar. The city's past lingers in every corner, waiting to be discovered. After the tour, we transfer to the station for an evening train to Tashkent. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 6:
ā€œMountain Blissā€ – Nature’s Spa Day in Chimgan

Time to rejuvenate! After breakfast, we escape to the Chimgan Mountains—Uzbekistan’s answer to the Alps. Take a chairlift ride to heavenly heights and soak in panoramic views. Snap Insta-worthy pics, inhale the alpine air, and feel the stress melt away. Then, enjoy a laid-back afternoon at Charvak Reservoir, where locals love to swim, fish, and laugh. Take a dip, rent a canoe, or just bask in the sun before heading back to Tashkent.

Day 7:
ā€œTwo Cities, One Spiritā€ - From Tashkent to Almaty

After breakfast, we fly to Almaty, Kazakhstan—a modern city rooted in tradition and ringed by snow-capped peaks. Upon arrival, we explore Republic Square, the Presidential Palace, the Monument of Independence, and the captivating Central State Museum. End the day high above the city at Kok Tobe Park, where you can sip coffee while watching the sun dip behind the mountains.

Day 8:
ā€œKazakh Chroniclesā€ – Tradition in Every Touch

Today is a celebration of culture! After breakfast, we step into the Kazakh Ethno-Village "Huns", where we’ll take part in a cooking class and enjoy a traditional lunch. In the afternoon, wander Panfilov Park, admire the colorful Ascension Cathedral, and shop like a local in the buzzing Green Bazaar.

Day 9:
ā€œNature’s Masterpieceā€ – The Canyon, the Lakes & the Locals

After breakfast, we head out to the surreal Charyn Canyon, also known as the ā€œGrand Canyon of Central Asia.ā€ Its red rock formations are pure magic! Later, explore the serene Kolsay and Kaindy Lakes, jewel-toned waters set among the Tien Shan Mountains. A traditional lunch with a local family brings warmth to the day.

Day 10:
ā€œPeaks and Falconsā€ – Where Mountains Meet Majesty

Our final full day is packed with alpine adventure! Visit the Medeo Skating Rink and Shymbulak Ski Resort for breathtaking views. Take a refreshing trek through Ayusai Gorge, and watch an awe-inspiring Falcon Show at ā€œSunkar.ā€ We close the day with a visit to the Park of the First President before gathering for a farewell dinner filled with laughter and reflections.

What should I wear while visiting religious sites?

Please dress modestly—covering shoulders and knees. A scarf for head covering is appreciated at some mosques.

How active is this trip? Will there be a lot of walking?

There will be moderate walking during city tours. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended, especially in historical areas with cobblestones.

Will we have free time to explore or shop on our own?

What kind of food should I expect?

Uzbek cuisine is hearty and flavorful—think kebabs, rice dishes, fresh salads, and delicious bread. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
